Returns Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in original condition with original packaging.

Custom-built PCs that have been configured to your specific spec are non-refundable unless faulty. We will of course repair or replace any faulty system under warranty.

Software, downloadable content and consumables (such as thermal paste) are non-returnable once opened.
